Are you interested in knowing what the pricing and costs will be to have your quilt quilted? Your cost is based upon the actual dimensions of your quilt top. All machine quilting is priced by the square inch. I also charge a $10 fee for needles, thread, and batting.
I have a professional-grade machine which will make your quilt exceptional. I am able to quilt both freehand and using pantographs, which makes me able to provide you with a multitude of options. I pride myself on my quick turnaround on quilts brought to my shop.
I charge 1.5 cents an inch, for longarming and charge $10 for needles, thread and batting. I have backing fabric that I sell in my shop.
We offer half binding or whole binding. For half binding, we machine-stitch the binding around the top of your completed quilt, I then wrap the binding to the quilt back and stitch it in place. For whole binding, we do it all for you. Price is $15 per quilt + fabric.
Preparing Your Quilt Top for Machine Quilting
Make sure your quilt top is well pressed and seams are flattened. Seams should be pressed flat not pressed open.
